Important information for practitioners
We believe that the practice of Yoga is for everyone. However, we all have different bodies, levels of experience and knowledge and so everyone's practice will look different, exactly as it should. By enrolling on any of our courses or classes, you confirm that you have read and agree to the information and advice here below.
We ask you to take responsibility for your health and wellbeing and to practice in a way that supports you. We have taken care to offer variations and options for each of the tutorials but ultimately you are the only one who knows how something feels. The practice of yoga is about self inquiry and compassion and this begins with practicing safely within your personal physical limitations. Take your time, don't do any of the practices if they don't feel appropriate for you on any day and never push through feelings of pain or discomfort. There is no hurry to work through any of the lessons or courses so please take time to assess whether you are ready for each of the sessions.
If you have suffer from any specific injuries or disease, have any medical conditions, are pregnant or currently taking any prescribed medication, we highly recommend that you check with your doctor or qualified health professional before beginning any yoga classes and follow their recommendations for practice only. Please ensure that any lessons or courses which you book are suitable for your level of experience and check with the course or lesson description before booking. If you are uncertain as to which please contact us by email for advice at [email protected]
